6 月 12 日は恋人の日だそうです。

ブラジル・サンパウロ地方では、女性の守護神で縁結びの神でもある聖人アントニウスの命日の前日である6月12日は「恋人の日」として広く知られているそうです。

それをとある額縁メーカーさんが、日本でも、この日を恋人の日とする！！とおっしゃっていて、どれくらい知られているのかは未知数なのですが、そういうことらしいです。

ダイビングツアーなどでは、男性と女性がほぼ同数参加されることが多いのですが、男性と女性が仲良くなって、カップルになるということは、実は、さほど多くはありません。

ですが、最近では、婚活ダイビングツアーなどを企画するショップさんもでてきており、ダイビングを楽しみながら、自然な男女の出会いをプロデュースする、といったことも行われ始めているようです。

なんでも、通常のダイビングツアーより、遥かにカップル成立率が高いとか。そらそうか。

でも、あまり婚活だということに重きを置きすぎると、ダイビングツアーとしての快適さが失われるとのことで、やはりプロデュースする側と、参加される方々自身の、さじ加減がなかなか難しいようです。

とはいえ、生涯のバディとの自然な出会いを求める男女には、ぜひとも頑張っていただきたいところです。
